Owner John Connolly is a Minnesota native with over 25 years experience in the construction business. He studied at Oberlin College and moved to New York City in 1987, where his first job was as an espresso machine mechanic. He also began working professionally as an actor and a carpenter. Between John's theater and film appearances, he learned the building trades.
John founded Connolly and Sons Construction when he relocated to California in 2004. With a dedicated crew of workers and a team of expert sub-contractors, Connolly and Sons Construction has renovated, restored and built beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for commercial and residential clients.
John lives in Echo Park with his wife and their two sons, who are already enthusiastic builders, whittlers and metal forgers.
